How to prepare?

  1. Arrival:Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in smoothly.
  2. Comfortable Attire:Opt for light, loose-fitting clothes that prioritize your comfort and relaxation.
  3. Set Your Intentions:Enter with clear intentions and an open heart, ready to embrace the revitalizing power of frequencies.
  4. Stay Hydrated:Prioritize hydration with water, lemon water, or coconut water, and consider magnesium, sodium, potassium-rich foods or mineral supplements in the days leading up to your session.
  5. Bring Your Essentials: Consider bringing socks and a small blanket to enhance your comfort in our gently cooled environment. While we offer a light blanket, feel free to bring a thicker one if preferred.
  6. Optional Comfort:Eye masks or earplugs are available to amplify relaxation, though they are entirely optional.

After Session Care

Detoxification Benefits

After an EE (Energy Enhancement) session, detoxification is one of the most immediate and beneficial effects, aiding your body's natural healing process. Due to the efficient toxin release during EESystem sessions, you might experience symptoms like headaches, a sore throat, or sluggishness afterward.

Recommended Detox Bath

To alleviate these symptoms and expedite the detox process, take a hot bath with the recommended salt bath the same day. This helps draw toxins out through your skin, accelerating their removal from your system.

Purchase Detox Bath Salts

You may purchase premixed detox bath salt packets from our center. These bath salts are made as per the recommendations of Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, the inventor of the EE system.

Salt Bath Recipe -
  • 2 Cups of your preferred salt from the recommended salts
  • 2 Cups of Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup of Borax
Optional additions:
  • Pine oil or other essential oil
  • ½ cup bentonite clay
  • 2 tsp to ¼ cup of ginger powder
  • 2 tsp to ¼ cup matcha green tea
  • 2 cups food grade or regular hydrogen peroxide
After Bath Recommendations -
  • After your bath, apply magnesium lotion or coconut oil.
  • Ensure you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
  • Eat Clean - Now that you’ve raised your cells' electrical charge, the best way to maintain it is by eating healthy organic whole foods. Avoid fast foods and foods saturated in preservatives and artificial flavorings. Nurture your body with nutritious choices to support your enhanced energy and well-being!
Recommended Salts for Your Bath -
  • Dead Sea Salt: Beneficial for allergies and skin conditions.
  • Pink Himalayan Salt: Reduces swelling and alleviates stress.
  • Celtic Salt: Offers anti-inflammatory benefits and supports brain health.
  • Regular Sea Salt: Also effective.

Note - Epsom Salts primarily contain magnesium and won't provide the same detoxifying benefits as sea salt or other salts.

Salt Bath Procedure -
Bath Tub
  • Put the ingredients in a tub of hot water and soak for 30 minutes or more. Put a wet towel over the chest if you can’t fully submerge in water. It is also good to scrub your skin while in the bath.
Without Bathtub:
  • Soak your feet in warm water with half of the recommended salt bath mixture for at least 30 minutes.
