Dress in light, loose clothing that is comfortable enough to sleep in.
Come with clear intentions of how you'd like to feel during your session! Arrive with an open heart and mind, prepared to unwind, relax, and nurture your body’s overall wellness.
Feel free to bring socks and, if needed, a small throw or blanket for warmth. Our slightly cooler environment is designed to enhance relaxation. While we provide a light blanket, you're welcome to bring a thicker one if you prefer.
Additionally, start drinking plenty of water, lemon water, or coconut water 1-2 days before your session to help flush out the toxins that will be released.
Eye masks or ear plugs are completely optional.
